1. Digital-only delivery
JRGenAI provides digital software access, online tools, AI-generated content workflows, reports, downloads, and campaign assets. We do not ship physical products through JRGenAI.
2. Access delivery
- Account access is delivered through the JRGenAI web dashboard after registration or login.
- Paid plan access, monthly campaign quotas, and feature permissions are normally activated within minutes of successful Stripe payment processing. Login credentials for new subscribers are emailed to the address used at checkout.
- Generated files, reports, or campaign outputs are delivered inside the dashboard or through downloadable links where available.
- Enterprise engagements follow the delivery timeline set out in the signed Enterprise contract — typically a dedicated onboarding call within two business days of payment, with first campaigns live shortly after.
3. Delivery timing
Most digital access is delivered instantly or within a short processing window. Some actions, such as AI generation, cloud uploads, third-party publishing, or external API actions, may take longer depending on provider availability, configuration, and system load.
4. Failed access or delivery issues
If your account is charged but dashboard access, campaign quotas, or deliverables do not appear, contact support@jrgenai.com with your account email, the transaction ID from your Stripe receipt, and a brief description of what is missing so we can review and resolve the issue. We reply within one business day.
5. Third-party platform delivery
Some JRGenAI workflows may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, storage providers, or affiliate networks. Delivery and availability of third-party-hosted assets may depend on those services and their policies.
