1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of JRGenAI, including the website, dashboard, AI tools, Rank Nexus, content generation, reporting, tracking, subscriptions, and related services.
JRGenAI is operated by JR Nexus Solutions FZ LLC. By using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
2. Account responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, billing, security, or usage restrictions.
3. Platform usage
JRGenAI provides software tools for content workflow, authority assets, campaign organization, discovery, reporting, and business growth operations. The platform does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, conversions, revenue, or affiliate-network approval.
You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing, complying with applicable laws, platform rules, affiliate-network policies, advertising policies, consumer-protection rules, and claim substantiation requirements.
4. Prohibited use
- Do not use JRGenAI for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or rights-infringing activity.
- Do not publish false medical, financial, legal, income, review, endorsement, scarcity, pricing, or guarantee claims.
- Do not use the platform to bypass logins, captchas, paywalls, technical restrictions, or third-party access controls.
- Do not use the platform to spam, harass, impersonate others, distribute malware, or violate third-party platform terms.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with JRGenAI systems.
5. AI outputs and user responsibility
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You must independently review, edit, fact-check, and approve all generated content, legal statements, product claims, affiliate disclosures, and commercial messaging before use.
6. Subscriptions, campaign quotas, and billing
Self-serve plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Agency) include monthly campaign quotas and access to specific modules as listed on the pricing page at the time of checkout. Quotas and module access vary by tier and may be updated as the product evolves.
Enterprise tier is a separately contracted plan with custom volume, billing cycle, deliverables, and term length set out in the specific Enterprise contract or order form agreed at the time of purchase.
You authorize our payment processor to charge applicable subscription, renewal, retainer, or one-time fees according to the plan or contract selected at checkout. Card verification may be required at sign-up to prevent platform abuse.
7. Intellectual property
JRGenAI, including its software, design, workflows, branding, interface, and platform logic, is owned by JR Nexus Solutions FZ LLC or its licensors. You retain responsibility for the content and inputs you provide, subject to these terms.
8. Third-party services
JRGenAI may connect with third-party services such as AI providers, payment processors, storage platforms, search tools, email tools, analytics, cloud infrastructure, and affiliate networks. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JR Nexus Solutions FZ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings, lost traffic, or business interruption arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or business operations change. Continued use of JRGenAI after updates means you accept the revised terms.
